Bill Lammers is an entrepreneur, author, and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience leading organizations and coaching leaders. He is the Founder and CEO of Wildfire Leadership, Founder of Ignite Academy, and Co-Founder of Xperience Church.

Bill is the author of Flip the Script and co-creator of the Flip the Script app, which he developed with his son. Alongside his wife of 28 years, Stephanie, he also developed the INVEST Marriage curriculum, equipping couples to build intentional, resilient relationships. Bill and Stephanie are grateful parents of four children.

Known for simplifying complexity into clarity, Bill has created trademarked leadership tools used globally and has led the successful turnaround of four businesses. He holds master’s degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership and is a certified John Maxwell coach and Patrick Lencioni CapaPro member.

The fts. app provides personalized verses, devotionals, and tools that are fast, clear, and accurate, always pointing people back to God’s Word.
