Wildfire Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. It was founded by Bill Lammers and is run today by a father and son who build the programs themselves. Flip the Script is the work we are known for.

Bill Lammers

Bill Lammers is an entrepreneur, author, and leadership coach with over 20 years leading organizations and developing leaders. He is the founder and CEO of Wildfire Leadership, founder of Ignite Academy, and co-founder of Xperience Church.
Bill is the author of Flip the Script: Set Your Mind Free and co-creator of the fts.™ app, which he built alongside his son Will. With his wife of 28 years, Stephanie, he developed the INVEST Marriage curriculum, helping couples build intentional, resilient relationships. Bill and Stephanie are grateful parents of four children.
Known for simplifying complexity into clarity, Bill has created trademarked leadership tools used globally and led the successful turnaround of four businesses. He holds master's degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership and is a certified John Maxwell coach and Patrick Lencioni CapaPro member.
His passion is simple: helping leaders uncover purpose, unleash potential, and build organizations that thrive from the inside out.

Will Lammers is the co-creator of Flip the Script: a custom Bible app and Christian platform that delivers tailored content for each person's needs. Built on the framework of his father's book, the app combines biblical truth with responsible AI.
With a background in software and data engineering, Will is passionate about using technology to solve one of the greatest challenges believers face: knowing where to turn in Scripture when life feels overwhelming. The fts.™ app delivers personalized verses, devotionals, and tools that are fast, clear, and accurate, always pointing people back to God's Word.
The heart of the fts.™ app is transformation. It is built to train minds daily, helping people see trials as opportunities for growth, struggles as steps toward victory, and life through the lens of God's truth.
For Will, this is more than an app. It's the beginning of a movement to set minds free and shape a generation defined by peace, clarity, and renewed strength.
